Developing a Brand for Palm Beach County's Largest and Most Innovative Hospice and Palliative Care Organizations.
Trustbridge is a blend of two Hospice and Palliative service providers, both with a legacy of almost 40 years of serving patients and their families in Palm Beach County.
When Hospice of Palm Beach County merged with Hospice by the Sea, the organization became known as Trustbridge, and the name change required a new logo, collateral, advertising strategy, and branding elements to educate the community while recognizing four decades of legacy brand awareness.
